Your role in a nutshell: I oversee all support functions within the business covering operations, finance, HR, office management and marketing. I also assist with software sales and support.
When you joined WHS: 2016
Your experience: Since graduating in Business Management and Administration in 2008, I spent 8 years working within the market research industry most recently as a project manager. During this time, I led a number of projects and learnt the importance of a smooth-running office. I feel my role as Operations Manager really plays to my strengths.
Why you like working for WHS: We are a very friendly, client focused team of people who really love what we do. I really enjoy the variety of the role; no day is ever the same!
What drives you: Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing them. Ensuring that that the business operates smoothly, so that staff can reach their potential and perform their jobs to the best of their ability.
What you like doing when not working: Looking after my very energetic toddler and taking our beloved dog for walks. When I find the time, I like experimenting in the kitchen, cooking up hearty home cooked meals. Finally, I love to go on holiday; visiting new places so I can add another pin to our world map.
