ReFH 2 is constantly being updated to incorporate new functionality and  bug fixes. If you are experiencing any issues with ReFH 2 we request that you download and install the current version from our website, available here, as it this is known to resolve a large number of commonly reported problems.

It is neither necessary nor recommended to uninstall ReFH 2 prior to updating the software or reinstalling a clean version; doing so may affect your licence subscription.
