Issue:

When importing either catchment or point data XML descriptor files from the FEH Web service the following error message is displayed:

Solution:

This is caused by an older version of ReFH 2. Please install the latest version of ReFH 2 which is free to download here. It can be installed on top of your existing installation, that is, there is no need to uninstall your older version. Provided your annual subscription is still active you won’t have to enter a new serial number.
