The FEH13 rainfall should not be used with either ReFH 1 or the restated FSR as the rainfall depths around the return periods used to calibrate the Cini model are quite different.

ReFH 1’s replacement, ReFH 2, has been calibrated for use with both the FEH13 and FEH99 models. When the FEH13 model is used there is no requirement for the Alpha parameter. There is more information on this in our technical report, available here.
