Payment and Dispatch

Products will be dispatched within 5 working days upon receipt of payment.

There are two Payment Methods (selected on the first checkout page):

  1. Pay with credit card using Protx - Immediate payment via credit/debit card - The product will be dispatched within 5 working days of the order.


  2. Pay by Purchase Order, cheque or other offline method - The product will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Please note that a copy of your invoice can be viewed and printed under |My Account |Order History.

    (Note: If you wish to pay via Purchase Order the reference number must be inserted in the PO/Account Number field on the second checkout page.)


Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are found to be faulty.

In the event of Wallingford Hydrosolutions agreeing to send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to Wallingford Hydrosolutions within 30 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
