Is it possible to purchase a licence for WINFAP-FEH 3?

WINFAP-FEH 3 has been fully superseded by WINFAP 4 and therefore is no longer available for purchase. WINFAP 4 contains all of the functionality of WINFAP-FEH 3, along with additional functionality and a vastly improved user interface.
