Payment and dispatch
Products will be dispatched within five working days upon receipt of payment.
There are two Payment Methods (selected during checkout):
- Pay with credit/debit card Immediate payment via credit/debit card using our secure payment gateway. The product will be dispatched within five working days of the order.
- Pay by cheque or Purchase Order The product will be dispatched within five working days of receipt of payment. (Note: If you wish to pay via Purchase Order the reference number must be inserted in the PO/Account Number field on the second checkout page.)
Refund policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are found to be faulty.
In the event of Wallingford Hydrosolutions agreeing to send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to Wallingford Hydrosolutions within 30 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
