We are proud of our ISO 9001 certification for the provision of environmental consultancy services, development of hydrological software and associated training and we have developed a Quality Policy to ensure compliance of this.

WHS is committed to continuously improving company performance and customer satisfaction, thus quality assurance is of primary importance to us.  The WHS Quality Management system is certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the provision of environmental consultancy (including monitoring and surveying), the development of hydrological software and associated training to the highest standards.

Sustainability and Environmental Policy – ISO 14001

WHS is committed to being a sustainable and environmentally conscious company, conducting its business in an ethical and socially responsible manner. Within our operations we aim to promote the concept of sustainable development, prevent pollution and minimise the environmental impact of our office activities including those arising from the provision of our services.  The WHS Environmental Management System (EMS) is certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 for the provision of environmental consultancy (including monitoring and surveying), the development of hydrological software and associated training to the highest standards.  Objectives and targets are set and regularly reviewed to enable us to improve our environmental performance and minimise the use of natural resources, including:

• To monitor and reduce the use of natural resources
• To minimise environmental impacts from travel
• To increase staff awareness of their impacts on the environment
• To work with contractors to ensure best use of natural resources and to minimise environmental impact
